Did you know I’ve been doing a “Top 40” since 2008?
Many of my followers have told me the list gets better and better and I hope this one does not disappoint as we close out another decade.
It’s not easy to write these because I put each one up against a filter: “Am I using language to cover up lifestyle?” The last thing I want this to be is a summary of cute, man-made sound-bites versus things learned in the real-world.
This year I’ve really been encouraging my coaching students to start their own yearly reflection list – to both serve their audience and as an opportunity to look at their mistakes and lessons from the past year.

While I believe in getting rich, I don’t believe in get-rich quick programs. I’m not a product of one and neither are my students. Yes, the results can be fast. But not without hard work, putting your best foot forward and serving others.
